Burnett Heads to Bustard Bay

Behind schedule. We found ourselves locked by low tide in our marina berth at Burnett Heads until 7:30am making a late start for a 50 nautical mile journey to Round Hill
It did not help that we made a ridiculously ambitious attempt to sail in no wind with big pothole waves. As our ETA indicator fell to 4am the next day we decided it was time to call on fossil fuels.
Even with the iron sail cranking it was well dark before we dropped anchor in Bustard Bay. Special mention to the lady at Volunteer Marine Rescue Round Hill who covered our movements an hour past their official knock off time.
A long day on the water, listening to our old CD collection. Right on cue, as Bustin' Surfboards was belting out of our tiny speakers, two boobies rode the waves past us, doubling on a board.
