Double Island Point to Pelican Bay

A leisurely morning on GG, with a midday departure from Double Island Point so that we could cross the (thankfully relatively calm) Wide Bay Bar on a rising tide.
We had a couple attempts at a anchoring at Pelican Bay, as we were a bit close to shore.
Eventually we were able to relax with beers and sunset views of a pirate ship. A schooner actually (the boat not the beers).

    Very red sunset, apparently the volcanic dust in the upper atmosphere is causing this.
